Step 2 — We Come to You

Next, we'll meet you on site to walk through your project in detail with your ideas in focus, and what you're hoping to achieve. Already have plans or inspiration photos? Bring them along. Need an architect? We can help point you in the right direction.

Step 3 — Design and Consent, Sorted

This is where your vision starts taking real shape. We work closely alongside your architect throughout the design and consent process, making sure everything is practical, buildable, and aligned between you, the architect, and us. No miscommunication, no costly redesigns down the track.

Step 4 — Know Your Numbers

Before anything is locked in, we can provide a detailed cost estimate and timeline so you know exactly where you stand. We're big believers in cost certainty no vague ballparks, no surprises. If it fits your budget, great. If we need to adjust, we'll work through it together before moving forward.

Step 5 — A Fixed Price You Can Count On

Once your plans are submitted to council, we finalise your quote and project timeline in full detail. A fixed price means you know what you're committing to and we stick to it. Any changes or updates along the way are communicated promptly so you're never left wondering.

Step 6 — Sign, Start, and Build

With everything agreed, we sign the contract, lock in your start date, and get to work. This is where the exciting part really begins watching your project come to life in front of your eyes.
